Catalyst project featured in TM Forum ‘Digital Transformation World Series 2020’
 

Mvine Limited announced today its innovation work for Industry 4.0, the move to the industrial internet of things which is bringing about substantial change through automation technologies such as Zero Touch Onboarding (ZTO), is being presented as part of Digital Business Marketplace phase 3 (DBMIII). The move comes as part of company’s strategy for engineering the infrastructure needed for the digital identity of people and identity of things.

TM Forum Catalyst for ‘Digital Business Marketplace Phase 3’ is taking a ‘team of teams’ approach among the 29 firms and it is bringing step-change innovation within reach of companies operating nationally, internationally, or even transnationally. Initiatives include Smart Grid, Smart Manufacturing, Smart Entertainment and Secure Supply Chain.

Industry 4.0 refers to a new phase in the Industrial Revolution that focuses heavily on interconnectivity, automation, machine learning, and real-time data. Industry 4.0, also sometimes referred to as the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) or smart manufacturing, marries physical production and operations with smart digital technology, machine learning, and big data to create a more holistic and better connected ecosystem for companies that focus on manufacturing and supply chain management.
