4th March 2011: BT teams up with Mvine to roll out cloud-based social network for staff
BT is rolling out a cloud-based social networking, blogging and data sharing service across 40,000 current and former employees
BT chose a software as a service solution from Mvine, a social business software consultancy firm, because, says Hurst, it met BT's specifications, and Mvine had already shown it could implement large-scale social networking platforms.

2nd March 2011: Mvine included in the CloudTweaks Top 25 European Cloud Computing Rising Stars
Serial entrepreneur Frank Joshi founded Mvine Ltd. in 2005 as an online record label and music social network but he soon realized that B2B cloud platforms have great market growth potential and Mvine platform was re-designed to serve also as a social businesses software system.

28th February 2011: Mvine set to take the market by storm
Following a series of successful press days to introduce our product to the market we met some pretty big names from the likes of Ovum, Gartner, VRL, Computer Weekly and Computer World UK. The events were a great chance to talk to experts in the industry and get a feel for the recent popularity social business software has enjoyed in the media. We’ve even been featured in a few places since then!
We’ve been delighted with these initial meetings and can’t wait to meet more people and make some more noise in the upcoming months!

23rd December 2010: Mvine listed in Red Herring Global Top 100
It is with immense pride and pleasure that Mvine announce their recognition as one to the top 100 Global Technology companies.
The event will take place in January from the 24th -26th in Santa Monica, Los Angeles where our CEO, Frank Joshi, will present our company to the Red Herring board.
The accreditation of this award shows Mvine as a real leader in private technology and is a great start to 2011!

29th October 2010: Mvine team up with Credit Call for client benefits
Mvine and Credit Call, the specialist debit and credit card payment gateway, successfully integrate to support short term loan client Speed-e-Loans.
Following Mvine's previous integration with online payment sites such as PayPal and Barclaycard this new integration allows even more customers to enjoy secure and efficient online transactions though many of our sites.

3rd September 2010: Mvine pleased to welcome two new graduate recruits to their sales and marketing divisions
The Mvine family is growing as we welcome two new team members into the company, Ashley and Tori.
Ashley Rawson graduated from Nottingham University with a BSC in Computer Science, Ashley joins us to head up our sales division and to dabble in a bit of web services, graphic design, and html and CSS coding.
Tori Snowball comes to our Marketing and PR department as a graduate from Trinity College Dublin with a BA in Classics and Philosophy. Tori plans to put her skills to writing copy, organising events and corporate branding.
1st July 2010: News as it happens; Mvine announces new active dashboard application
Mvine users will now benefit from 'active' dashboards. Both home pages and group 'what's new' pages will automatically update themselves so that users get the latest news and content as it happens.
Dynamic updates have some major implications for all types of applications we provide, particularly in regard to monitoring the presence of users and connecting with contacts. Alongside individuals avatars are 'live' icons to show availability for telephony, instant messaging and video conferencing. All contacts latest updates will appear on your dashboard immediately.
The new active application allows for a fluid stream of information that is always up to date, keeping members of communities in constant possession of the knowledge they need to do business better, either on an individual level or in a shared space with other users.

19th April 2010: Mvine deliver new CSS upgrade for a more enhanced user experience
The new CSS upgrade allows for a more unique experience every time you log in to your Mvine platform, putting you at the centre of your online world- who said the world revolves around the sun!?
This upgrade is particularly important for client portals where pages can now be modified to look like an extension of their own site.
Our users all know that one of the great benefits of the Mvine platform is the decoupling of the CSS layer, allowing each application delivered to be customised to the and look and feel of each client. However the latest upgrade allows for a role based CSS facility, which means that depending on an individual's status within a community you get a completely unique experience when you log in. Various business sectors, categories of alumni or even clients will be exposed to a different and fully customised visual experience base, resulting in greater engagement.
4th January 2010: A new client who is music to our ears…
Mvine has signed a deal to build a music platform for new clients Music Balloon.
Music Balloon is an online collaborative space for unsigned artists to publish their music and engage with fans, like wise fans will be able to listen to and download the music they love, discover new acts and connect with fellow enthusiasts and artists.
Music Balloon will use the Mvine architecture to underpin and run the back end of their website, allowing a wealth of collaborative and site enriching tools such as uploads, discussions, instant messaging, streaming and commenting to take place.

8th November 2010: Mvine integration with Barclaycard Secure
Mvine are happy to announce a new integration with Barclaycard Secure for online payments on our sites.
This new integration uses Barclaycard services to give our clients and their platform users a secure and efficient way to make payments online through our sites. Barclaycard Secure protects your card against unauthorised use when you shop online. In association with Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, it works in the same way that chip and PIN works in shops. You provide certain pre-registered security information to verify that it is genuinely you using the card, and then the transaction is authorised.
Mvine's MD, Frank Joshi, commented on the new feature: "We are very pleased with this new integration. 7th September 2009: ThemeResearch choose Mvine to provide and host their portal directory for companies in the CleanTech and Robotics industries
Mvine has struck a deal with Theme Research to build a next generation portal database that allows visitors to find comprehensive information on thousands of cleantech companies in the database, with news and forums for each clean technology - as well as specific links to other useful websites.
This free service will allow countless members and non members to access valuable information, discuss important industry topics and find experts for relevant topics within the industry. On the sentiment behind their site the company commented:

6th July 2009: Mvine and partners Whimbrel secure funding from the Technology Strategy Board for Crisis Management Project.
Mvine, in conjunction with Intelligent Networks and Whimbrel, have successfully applied for and won a Technology Strategy Board funding bid of £75 000 to build a prototype crisis management system.
This is fantastic news as it launches Mvine into new dimension of application sets whilst harnessing the technology already available so that it is suitable for companies and governments to use in a crisis situation. Mvine's ability to deliver updates as they happen in real time, combined with its advanced events sequence and coordination is perfect for such a programme, and the platform also allows for test situations to be run and used to teach and compare for real life situations.
The grant from the TSB allows the consortium to create and deliver a product that is ready to use and which is not yet available anywhere else on the market.

8th March 2010: Mvine announce advanced telephony feature with BT Ribbit
Mvine is pleased to announce its latest telephony project which integrates the mvine platform with the BT Ribbit mobile technology, allowing users an enhanced method of online communication. The new device integrates advanced voice services from BT's open innovation platform Ribbit, bringing feature-rich voice applications to the desktop.
Users of any of our systems can visit another users profile and by clicking an active telephone link under their profile can connect their mobile phones to initiate a conversation. 4th May 2009: Mvine to power a community for a livery of Technology experts
Mvine have been chosen to supply and support the website for London IT Livery company, a community that includes some of the original founders of the IT industry in the UK.

8th December 2008: Mvine launches new content management facility
Taking a leaf out of good old fashioned document management Mvine is bringing its new content management system into the 21st century by allowing different user groups to have different document tagging facilities.
