Here's the information that we require for basic registration at MVine.com :

• A Screenname is collected and made public on the site. (Your Screenname becomes your public "handle" at MVine.com. It need bear no relation to your actual name). The following information is collected at registration but will never be made public on the site
• Your email address. (We send an email to this address as part of confirming your registration).
• A password for your account. (We remind you not to reveal your password to anyone).
• Your country of residence so we can tailor content to your local area.

After registration you have the option of providing more information for your Public Profile, but are under no obligation to do so. In addition, you are invited to "opt in" to receiving a regular newsletter or occasional email from MVine.com, and you are free to opt out from either of these services at any point in the future

If you register your band with MVine.com , you will be required to provide us with your first and last names, plus the first and last names of all band members. These names will be made public on your band's profile page. In addition you will need to provide a "biography" of your band .

3. If you do not wish to receive information from us or our associated organisations, agents and suppliers in the future please select the option in "My Profile".

4. We will not transfer any information that we hold on you to anyone outside the European Economic Area.

5. Be aware that MVine.com uses "cookies". Cookies are small packets of information stored in your computer's memory. The cookies used by MVine are "session cookies" and are not permanent and are deleted when you close your browser. By not storing permanent cookies, you are required to login each time you visit MVine.

If your browser is set to reject cookies, you will not be able to log in to the site and hold an account. This means you will not be able to review music, register a band, and so on. You will, however, be able to browse most of the site freely.

Log Files

BBS & Chat Rooms
As a service to its users, MVine.com offers a bulletin board system (BBS) and chat rooms. Only your screen name will be made available to other users of these services. However, you should be aware that any comments you contribute might become public immediately - credited to your screen name.
