"New Wave of British Indie Rock!" "Dynamic and Emotional!"-Crown Jules KCFM. Founder members Tony and Steve wanted to draw together like minded musicians looking to make their mark on the British music scene. They undertook a journey experimenting with sounds and genres, forming a creative writing partnership . They continued to write songs in their spare time(now definitely leaning towards a New wave of British indie rock as their sound), the name 'stoneraven' was concieved and things were really starting to head in the right direction! In 2007 Luke(drums) and Ollie (bass) joined the rosta and now, at last, stoneraven are ready to take on the world with a full line-up, and thats exactly what their doing! They left any other band commitments to put all their efforts into Stoneraven and those who have been paying attention will see there are NEW TRACKS from STONERAVEN featuring the talents of these muso's!!! From what you have all been saying you approve and agree that stoneraven have definitely developed their owned unique sound. We are currently working on a 6 track ep and in the not to distant future Stoneraven will be releasing their album. As were such a generous bunch we thought we'd let you listen to a few of our latest offerings and if you get yourself down to the gigs you might find yourself rewarded with a 3 track demo CD. These may not be the versions or indeed the songs which end up on the album 'The Difference Engine' but it gives you an idea of whats to come and where Stoneraven are taking the New Wave Of British Indie Rock!
